How far in advance should I order my lollipops?
You can order your lollipops as far in advance as you wish. I recommend booking as soon as you know what you require as I do get booked up and in the past have had to reject last minute orders. Please check your event date here. At checkout you will be required to select your event date, this is to ensure your lollipops are as fresh as possible on the day.
What if I can't see the colour i want for my event?
Please contact us to discuss bespoke colour options.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your order size.
Am I responsible for import duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
EU Customers - You will now be charged import VAT and duties locally and it is your responsibility to pay these costs and if delivery is refused please note that I do not offer refunds.
I'm have no control over customs and therefore not responsible for delays due to customs.
When will my lollipops be delivered?
As above, your lollipops will be delivered as close as possible to the event. However, we aim to ship out lollipops no more than 10 days to a week before your event date in order to ensure the freshest possible lollipops for your event.

What is your turnaround?
This depends on how large the order is. I usually say 7-10 working days excluding postage time, but as mentioned above earlier booking is recommended in order to ensure I can fit your order in. Please feel free to contact us if you are would like delivery of the lollipops in a shorter timeframe.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order up until 4 weeks before the date you provided at the checkout. Please contact us to let us know ASAP.
Do you offer discounts for larger order?
Yes, discounts are offered on orders of 150 lollipops or more. I offer 10% discount on all orders between 150 – 300 units.

Are your products allergen free?
As explained in the product descriptions I cannot guarantee the absence of any allergens as the lollies are made in my home kitchen where I handle all allergens. Each product description contains clear allergen labelling.
Are you lollies Halal, Vegetarian/Vegan.
