Returns
Our policy is that returns will only be accepted on orders that are not personalised such a gift packs, any lollies that have been made to order are not be accepted.
Refunds
If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the items.
We will do everything to resolve the issue, if a refund is agreed then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Orders cancelled more than 4 weeks before the dispatch date will receive a 75% refund.
Refunds will not be given to cancelled orders within 4 weeks of dispatch date.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
