At checkout or enquiry stage you will be asked for your event or delivery date so we can schedule production accordingly.

Turnaround depends on order size and complexity. As a guide, we recommend allowing 2–4 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. For smaller orders this may be shorter. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us to discuss availability.

Yes. Orders are prioritised based on your confirmed event or delivery date to ensure timely arrival.

There is no strict minimum order quantity, however most corporate and event orders start from 50 units. Discounts apply to larger orders.

Orders are scheduled to arrive no earlier than 1 year before your event and no later than 2 weeks before your event or required delivery date, unless otherwise agreed.

Each lollipop is individually wrapped in cellophane to protect against moisture. Orders are packed securely using recyclable and/or compostable protective packaging. Custom packaging options may be available on request.

Many customers have successfully taken their lollipops abroad. We recommend storing them in a cool, air-conditioned environment, avoiding direct sunlight, and placing them outdoors only at the last moment to prevent stickiness.

Changes can usually be made up to 4 weeks before the agreed delivery or event date, subject to production status. Please notify us as soon as possible.

Yes. Food safety is paramount at Emily’s Lollies. We hold a 5-star food hygiene rating awarded by Stratford District Council, and all staff are fully trained in food hygiene.

Yes. All products include clear allergen labelling. While our lollipops are made without nuts, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens as they are produced in an environment that handles all allergens.

All our lollipops are Halal and vegan friendly, with the exception of certain birthday sets. Please contact us if you require alternatives.
