Natural sugars (cane sugar, glucose), edible petals, colourings (E422 Glycerol, E1520 Propylene Glycol, E551 Silicon Dioxide, approved colourings) and flavours (approved flavouring substances, water and propylene glycol)

All Flowers and other ingredients are 100% edible. Please note that the prosecco flavour contain a small amount of alcohol.

All orders include shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48. When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details.

How far in advance should I order my lollipops?

You can order your lollipops as far in advance as you wish. We recommend booking as soon as you know what you require as we do get booked up and in the past have had to reject last minute orders. Please check your event date here. At checkout you will be required to select your event date, this is to ensure your lollipops are as fresh as possible on the day.

How much is shipping?

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 is included with every order.

Can I take the lollies abroad with me to a hot country? 

Many customers have taken their lollipops abroad to hot countries successfully. I would advise keeping them out of direct sunlight in an airconditioned room. If you plan to display the lollies outside place them outside at the last moment to prevent them going sticky.

When will my lollipops be delivered?

Your lollipops will be delivered as close as possible to the event. However, we aim to ship out lollipops no more than 10 days to a week before your event date in order to ensure the freshest possible lollipops for your event.

How are the lollies packed?

All the lollies are wrapped in cellophane to protect them from moisture. They are then packaged in a box with protective packaging all of which is recyclable and/or compostable.

What is your turnaround?

This depends on how large the order is. I usually say 7-10 working days excluding postage time, but as mentioned above earlier booking is recommended in order to ensure we can fit your order in. Please feel free to contact us if you are would like delivery of the lollipops in a shorter timeframe.

How do I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order up until 4 weeks before the date you provided at the checkout. Please contact us to let us know ASAP.

Do you offer discounts for larger order?

Yes, discounts are offered on orders of 150 lollipops or more.

We offer 10% discount on all orders between 150 – 300 units.

Are the lollies made in a safe environment?

Food safety is paramount here at Emily's Lollies, we have been awarded 5 star food hygiene by Stratford District Council and all staff are trained in food hygiene to ensure maximum safety for my customers.

Are your products allergen free?

As explained in the product descriptions we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergens as the lollies are made in a environment where we handle all allergens. Each product description contains clear allergen labelling.

Are you lollies Halal, Vegetarian/Vegan.

All our lollies are Halal and Vegan friendly with the exception of the birthday sets but please do get in touch and we can discuss alternatives.
